We are delighted to bring our lovely new self-catering accommodation to the holiday rental market.
The Cosy Neuk at Allt Mor near Roybridge is an addition to our ever-popular Studio Apartment. Both rentals are private and self-contained.
The Cosy Neuk is a lovingly designed and constructed self-build cabin with modern facilities and an open plan contemporary layout. It is positioned to maximise the Grey Corries mountain range to the south and the spectacular sunsets in the west. The mountain of Meall Nan Luath (452m) gives a spectacular backdrop while enjoying breakfast from the decking or relaxing in the hottub.
Sleeping
Ideal for a couple or parties of two the Cozy Neuk cabin at Allt Mor has a full-size double divan bed with bedside drawers, wall lights, USB and power points by the bed. In addition, the sofa converts into a full-size double bed. The chaise is an ottoman storage area where the bedding for the sofabed is kept.
Chill Out
The sofa has ample cushions and a throw to help you keep cosy and comfortable. The flat screen smart TV has all the local channels as well as catch-up TV. A small table sits under the wall shelf and is a perfect platform for board games, a restrained selection of which is provided. There is a sufficient number of power sockets and USB points and ample lighting across the studio which can be easily softened helping create a very relaxing atmosphere. The windows, with the exception of the en-suite, have blackout blinds.
Accommodation Outside
Completely separate from the owner’s home, Cosy Neuk has its own 2 car parking bay, two private decking areas with seating, a wonderful hottub and a small private garden with a running stream.
There is nothing more relaxing than sitting in the hottub on a warm summer evening with a glass of wine or beer. Enjoying the the glorious light of the sunset with the the gentle sounds of the meandering stream.…ahhh bliss.
Laundry/Washing/Drying
In the garage below the studio is the laundry, for the sole use of guests, comprising of a washing machine, sink and tumble dryer, ample hanging and drying racks. We strongly recommend that wet clothes and outdoor clothing are hanged or stored here.
Dry Secure Storage
The garage also provides secure storage for larger items such as bicycles or skiwear. In addition, under the balcony can be used for semi-dry storage.
Showering
Nothing beats a hot power shower after a long day out. Just stand under the rainfall shower and soak your aches and pains away. The vanity basin has complimentary toiletries, hairdryer, toilet rolls and more. And don’t forget to heat your towels on the heated towel rail for coming out the shower. Towels provided.
Cooking & Dining
This lovely little kitchen has everything you need for self-catering. There is a fridge with an icebox, a 2 ring ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, crockery, glasses, pots and utensils. Costa coffee capsules and a basic supply of tea, coffee and sugar is complimentary. However, a starter food pack can be purchased by request with 48hrs notice, payable on arrival. The kitchen also has an extractor fan and additional spot lighting.
The breakfast bar with 2 seats and ambient pendulum lighting is perfect for your romantic meals or perhaps you just need to sit and plan your next day’s exciting adventure.
